RUST-OLEUM® FLOOR TOPCOAT is a ready-to-use clear protective coating with a decorative shimmer effect for use on garages, carports, driveways, basements, porches, patios, walkways and pool decks. It is designed for use over bare concrete or over one-part floor paints such as RUST-OLEUM® Concrete & Garage Floor Paint to add a protective, shimmer finish that resists damage from hot tyres, motor oil, grease and gasoline. The durable, UV & weather resistant gloss finish is easy to maintain and resists fading and peeling.
