Shimrin Designer Pearls are universal bases that may simply be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys or other pearls.  The colour of the ground coat will vary the final pearl colour. This is an excellent place for creativity.

* Vehicle must be one even colour before application of pearl base coat.
